Stop debiting my account....worst experience ever.
Not only did Cell C allow a ********* to change my personal details on my contract (first name and surname) at the OR Tambo store, not refund me for being overcharged due to this ********** occurrence, not even be able to furnish me with the CCTV footage so I can open a case. Now they keep flipping debiting me when I have CANCELLED THE CONTRACT. Why the hell do you guys keep trying to cheat your customers????? Does cell c work with **********??? Can you PLEASE STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT.
