Stop debiting my account

Account number: ********** 9 Since July 2016, I have been trying to resolve the issue of a ********** contract upgrade under my name. I have since been informed that the transaction was done **********ly and the account will be closed. This I was informed telephonically and I requested that a formal letter be sent to me, this was on the 13 Sept. In the meantime I keep being debited amounts that I do not know and I am tired of calling Cell C. Can you just do the job and stop messing with my money.
