STOP DEBITING MONEY I DON'T OWE YOU!!!

I am this close to driving to your Cell C head office and burning your accounts department down!!!! Why TF did you guys debit R624 that I don't owe you?!!! I had the same problem last year where you guys debited amounts that didn't owe you!! I emailed that you stop debiting my account and I'll pay using EFT which I have been doing and now all of a sudden you're deducting when I have already paid via EFT the R398 I'm supposed to pay... So how TF do you guys get to R624?!!! STOP GOING INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!!
