STOP DEBIT ORDERS ON MY ACCOUNT!!!

I Had a contract for two years for R99 per month for 1 GB on a sim card for my IPAD.<br> <br> I clearly gave instruction to debit ONLY R99 from my account suddenly HUGE amounts get deducted from my account on a WEEKLY basis without my consent.<br> <br> THUS ARE CELLC *****ING FROM ME AND I WILL NOT LEAVE THIS AS IS.<br> <br> Stop debiting my account and cancel the sim card. I was even billed and deducted from my account for a WHOLE month where I did not even use it as the card is INACTIVE made by yourself (Cell C). So currently you are billing me for something I don't have. Would you pay for anything you don't have???<br> <br> Your useless call centre is of no help at all. I have lodge multiple (like 10 emails) queries to get assistance. Then I get calls at god nows 8 o'clock on a Sunday morning. After finally taking a call on a saturday I was promised by a useless call centre operator that I would be phoned back by her superior within the hour. Going on a week now and still waiting.<br> <br> So after multiple chances of communicating with you useless people I once again attempt now to make my query known.<br> <br> 1. CANCEL MY USELESS CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.<br> 2. STOP DEBITING AND *****ING FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT
