stop calling for an upgrade

Hey cell c, I probably received more than 18 calls in the last 2 months requesting for an upgrade after I have cancelled my contacts with you . You better not bill me next month for these contacts because I don't wanna upgrade. There I'm telling ur agents thst I don't wanna upgrade the more they calling me, just stop it!!!! Y must I call client service after I had terminated my contacts telephonically? Are you guys that *********** that you would need me to remind you to do your jobs? Gosh I'll never do business with you guys again. In fact can someone tell me what's the balance on the other contacts is have with you do I can just pay it and my deal with you guys again. Gosh
