Stop Buzzing me Call me, you are cruel, Cant help with simple settings

Worst customer service, pretending like they are calling me which is more like buzzing once. You are evil Cell C. All I needed was help in settings for my network to my devices, Why are you so cruel. You take forever to call and only buzz me instead of calling before I could even answer your call you drop and never call. Someone is not doing their job and need to be checked and fired as they are paid for nothing. Tired of logging complaint and they still do nothing. Hello Peter do sth also. Cell C is useless and they are not scared of you anymore.
