Stop billing me coz i dont have an account with u

Its been 5 months now calling Cell c about my money and today when I arrived at work opening my mail there is cell c statement in my mail box for December when will this stop kanti. Cell C Bill Dec 2015 - Acc #: ***, I sick of calling the customer care all the time and nothing is being done on my case ***<br> Mr CEO: Alan Knott-Craig please help me get my money back if you don't want my black ass in your office in the morning, coz ur customer care is not helping me coz im black.
