****** Phone Can't be Blacklisted.

<p>I've had the unfortunate event of my spare phone being ******. This phone I keep, should the primary phone I'm using give problems. Then I can just switch the simcards, should the primary phone must go in for repairs. </p> <p>I phoned Cell C, and even went to one of their shops. They told me that the "spare phone " could not be blacklisted, because it had no simcard when ******. I produce the original packaging with IMEI number. </p> <p>They just turned a cold shoulder and told me it's my loss. The police needed the ITC number. And according to cell C they can only help me if I had a sim in the phone. The only way they would blacklist the phone. Apparently standard practice across all the network.</p> <p> </p>
