Sometimes you will think it's stupid that you have the insurance , last two weeks i give the person a lift to the long distance buses and when i drop them at the Bus station i left them in my car i went to the toilet then i came back unaware that my phone was taken from my bag, when i get home i looked for my phone was no were to be found i was so stressed and angry because i helped people and they robed me. i reported the incident to the police station i did everything that anyone can do when you got robed then i called C-SURANCE and report the incident they sent all the necessary documents to be filled in and i did that and sent it to them the were no respond until i called them when i called them they said i must call following day and i did that and other thing when you report the incident to C surance they will never call you or update you or send you an e-mail they will keep quit until you call them you must be at there back all the time but you are paying them it's not like am owing them no am u to date to cut the story short when i called them to day 10:30 they told me the phone was not with the SIM card that am claim on it and i asked them does your system tell you that the SIM card was been used when , time and the date the last time the SIM Card was on the hone does it tell you that they said no the why it say the where no SIM Card coz that Hawaiian was duel SIM they said they will beam screen short i must call them tomorrow, really must i wait for that now i don't have a phone now am paying that phone am paying the insurance every month but now am not getting help do i need this insurance please help this is not wright not at all
