I must say I'm extremely disgusted by Cell C. I feel that they have ****** my money and now I have top fight to get it back. It now been 11 working days since I logged my case and they still investigating my money. When all they have to do is credit my account. This is ridiculous, are they waiting to deduct money again before paying my money back to me. I had enough of lying customer service and a business that build itself on false pretences. I will be taking this to court as it has now been way pass the due date for my payment to be received. If I can give a -100 rating I surely would.
