****** cellphone - Systems Problems and errors

My cellphone was ****** yesterday and while cell C was friendly enough to block the phone they could not due to there systems problems and error was received and could not block my cellphone. I have received a reference number last nigh. Calling them today as having a phone is essential in today life now madam it takes 2 working days to fix the error. Who in today age can wait 2 working days for a number that you need to go to the police station to get a case number to get to the insurance to get a new phone. Really there must be can easier way. So make yourself right to sit without a phone for 2 weeks before you will get any feedback from Cell C. Really this a bad service.
