****** cellphone number

Yesterday on my bday around 4pm I started receiving strange text messages from cell c saying I've requested to port my number to their network. I then called my service provider Vodacom to ask what was going. I was told by Dineo, who wasn't that much help that my number has changed to cell c. I asked to use someone's phone so I could phone cell c. I was told to phone after 30min by Bongani, who when I tried to explain to him that I didn't request to port my number. He just said "phone after 30min". I told him it had already been almost an hour since I received those texts. I call after 30min, but no one answered. This morning I finally spoke to someone who then tells me you only need to send a text with a serial number to port your number to cell c. My number doesn't work anymore, since some person stole n ported my number without my knowledge. What happened to security and asking questions. I'm sure that's why we Rica our numbers. This is just wrong on cell c side. ****ed to the highest level!!!
