****** cell phone number

Hi.

My number was ported to cell c from vodacom without my consent. I opened up a case of ***** with cell c and still have not recieved my number back. I have been to the vodacom and cell c midlands mall shops four times without any results. I have wasted my time and money trying to get my number back. My question is how did cell c accept a port without my permission what kind of security checks do they even do. Poor service and a lack of compassion for me as the customer i am very disapointed.
