****** airtime and data

I lost R48 worth of airtime with data at the same time after loading R4 X3 and that is 20MB x3 just so we're clear, which is daily data and this was on Tuesday or Wednesday last week. when I realised this I called in at their call centre to be shoved from pillar to post by *********** agent including the team leader Kwanele and Mpho. I loaded data just after speaking to them which was around midnight. Around 8am that very day the data was depleted and I had not used any of it. I then further loaded R10 and R5 airtime which I again lost with data in around the afternoon hours. I called in again at the call centre and once again got pushed from pillar to post. I stayed on the phone for over 40minutes and ultimately I was transferred to another team leader Kyle or so from their technical team and I could be mistaken with his name, who could not adhere to a simple request that he transfer me to a manager since I was not willing to triple repeat myself to another *********** agent or team leaders, who was the last person I spoke to at cellc. who also told me that this account was not mine. I happened to have done Rica on the same account and did a sim-swap on it too.

I load monthly data for whatsapp and emails every . I don't use a lot of internet. and these idiots tell that my airtime was used on the internet. my question was then what happened to the data I loaded for emails access and internet.

I will leave this matter as they have to refund my airtime.

regards Saki.

Good afternoon Que

Data depletes quicker if there are automatic updates, applications running in the background etc. We will get one of our data specialists to find out what causes your data to deplete fast and how you can prevent this from happening.

You will be contacted shortly.

Hi PN. Your response is irrelevant too, the backround updates you're referring to were disabled 3years back or so. I will not let this off that easily it neither the first time cellc tries to ***** me off money. you double debited my account when you decided to upgrade your systems and now this. not me, i'm not one of those customers that will walk away and lose out on their money. this much I can promise you right now. I want my money back and that's that. I will await that call. regards Saki

Good morning Que

A data validation report has been done and it confirms that your background applications were running.
