****** Air time and Data by Cell C

For 3 years now every time I buy air time or data for my cell c sim card it disappears within seconds.I have made calls and complaints about this matter to cell c to no avail.Instead the call centre agents are rude and unhelpful.

Just yesterday 04/08/2021 I called again and was told that they cant help me because I forgot one of the people I called in the last 20 days from the list of people they said I must tell them I had called in order for them to help me.So as a result they cannot stop the person/people *****ing my airtime or data.I suppose the Cell C agents are well trained in this because their salaries are probably derived partly from the ****** airtime and data. I am now changing my sim to MTN as I believe they are more honest when tackling issues of ****** or disappearing airtime and data.Plus their products are better than cell c anyway.
