Stole from my mother and Patrick Mphuti is useless

I complained a week ago about the staff at the Cresta branch who stole from my mother. Patrick Mphuti was supposed to investigate but all he did was immediately believe what the lying, cheating staff at the Cresta branch told him and then he stopped replying to my emails. He was too *********** to find my phone number on my previous Hello Peter complaint so how did he ever get the job?<br> <br> Cell C has not bothered to apologize to my mother. They have still got the money they stole from my mother and have had made no attempt to solve the problem. The staff were not even disciplined for their incompetence and dishonesty.<br> <br> The joke will be on you guys. If you don't punish lying, cheating staff then you are telling them that it is OK to behave like that. I have seen other complaints on Hello Peter about the dishonest staff at the Cresta branch yet they think that I am the one who is lying? One day when your staff ***** from the shop just remember that you made no attempt to punish them so you can't complain when you effectively encouraged that behavior.
