My Initial complaint: Thank you for the good experience I had ordering devices from you. What killed what could have been exceptional service was the discontinued ''Galaxy watch''. A Cell C catalogue on guzzle.co.za and the ''Connector Book'' on the Cell C website shows a special where you can get Samsung Galaxy A31 for R349and for an additional R100 you can add Samsung Galaxy Tab 08 and Galaxy watch. When I called in to get this special I was told the watch has been discontinued, though the special is actually supposed to be running from 07 December - 31 January 2021. That was such a let down, as I really wanted to gift myself with this.

We can confirm that that deal has been flying off the shelves since it was launched and due to popular demand we've run out of stock.

Please let us know if there is any other deal you could be interested in and we will put you in touch with our Sales team.

My response to what they responded with:

Hi Cell C I see that the deal is available again.

I tried calling in to enquire about taking out a contract for the watch but the line got cut while I was on hold.

Please add the the watch for the additional R100 as per the deal to the new contract I took with you guys of a Samsung phone and Tablet when you did not have the watch on stock but still had the special running.

I really want a Samsung watch on contract.
