Stock issues

Frustrated with stock issues. Cell C advertised a double storage promotion during July whereby you could get a Samsung S26 Ultra 1T phone for the same price as the 512G phone. I went to one of their stores and was informed they do not have stock of either the 1T or the 512G S26 Ultra. They will request it for me. For weeks now there has not been stock of either phone. After 10 Aug the new promotions came into effect so I was really upset that I couldn't get the 1T phone at the price of the 512G. The store did assure me that they will still be able to offer me that promotion as soon as they receive stock. But yet still NO STOCK. The store has been lovely but how can the head office advertise an upgrade with no stock and then still offer the phone the next month with NO stock! At this point I think I might as well let my contract run out and move other to another provider.

How do you not have stock of the phone anywhere in the country? Since July. But you list the phone again in your August connector book. Wont surprise me if its offered again in the September connector book.

And I know that the Hatfield branch doesnt have stock. They have been trying to get stock for months now. I never listed them in my complaint because they have been trying and been in communication with my. My complaint was about the head office that can't send stock to a store that has been actively asking for ages and still continues to advertise the phone in their connector book that is distributed nationally on deals available

Not just the 512G. I wanted the 1T but you also didn't have that in stock. Hatfield branch has been looking for both
