Stinky attitude by Cell C employees

I went to Cell C store ,to apply for a cellphone contract ,well this Guy Eric who works at the store .at River Square Three River . Instead of being helpful. He started to ask me if I even know how to use the particular phone I was asking for, and why do I want that phone .I asked him why he's asking me such questions. He said because I'm holding android phone and most android users don't even know how to use the phone . Then I laughed with disbelief that every item we buy .some we don't even know how to use them but there's instructions. Who can't even learn to use that phone on a serious note .at my age . I bought that phone for my siblings .it was not gonna be the first time holding or seeing that phone. To even think I can even afford it it doesn't matter the amount . I felt so embarrassed. And I told him I'm so offended . Well he didn't show any remorse and continued to say even if yoh feel ashamed of what I Said but I just said it because it's true . The lookin his eyes .the body language ,the tone of looking down on me because I was holding my android . A whole business woman .I had to calm down and still be the bigger person and smile even though I was hurting and embarrassed. I walk out from the store with a heavy heart . Cell C your staff have stinky attitude Even I tried to call and ask foe the manager ,they laughed and said hey who you wanted to report now .as if it was a joke .I then hang up my call to stop embarrassing muse further .
