Stinking Service- Cell C

A long story Short… Pathetic customer service from Cell C. Most of the world was put under the Lockdown, similarly our business had to lockdown, so I requested a payment holiday for three months from Cell C for my cellphone contract as we had no income for at least 6 months. Even though the payment holiday was approved and confirmed via email, my bank account was still debited, back and forth calling Cell C eventually my debit order was stopped and I was told that my contract would be extended for additional three months and I agreed I by that time I would have been back earning an income. During the three-month payment holiday towards the end, my account was handed over to a debt collector and my Cellphone service suspended. A demand of payment was issued to me via email. I arranged with the debit collector to pay the debt off. I made two payments and was told that I had to settle the outstanding debt in full before my service could be re-activated. I paid the outstanding balance in full and was told by Nu-Debt that communication will be sent to Cell C for my service to be reconnected. Cell C said no Communication was received by Nu-Debt that my account had been settled in full. Nu-Debt confirmed again that they had resent instruction to Cell C to re-activate my service. Cell C said no communication received. I mailed Cell C my proof of payments and was told that my service would be re-activated as soon as receipt of payment was confirmed. I was sent from one department to the next still after almost two months my service has still not been re-activated. To add insult to injury, I however have still been billed for October and November 2020 even though I have no cellphone service. I use my Cellphone service for business purposes, so if the lockdown didn’t cripple me, Cell C buried me, my clients cannot not get hold of me. I will have to refer this matter for legal intervention as I refuse to pay for a Stinking Service of a Highly *********** company. There’s even an investigation case open: ***
