STINKING SERVICE
After months of being a loyal Cell C customer with 3 contracts fully paid month on month, it is rather annoying to be told by some unfriendly consultant that your contract cannot be cancelled as it falls due because of some 30 day notice period. South African cellphone companies are arrogant and have little if not total disregard of their customers. One minute you pay a subscription where internet services are disrupted and you are compensated with some lousy Data bundles. The next minute you’re treated like a street kid. YOUR SO CALLED BUSI RADEBE from your Retentions Call Centre is too PROUD TO WORK & DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS!!! HER attitude & Poor Communication s****s led me in cancelling all 3 of my contracts. As if she cared she proceeded with passion to process my cancellation leaving out finer details of penalties I was to pay. It’s so funny because I realised this after a follow up call from her whereas I’d initially asked precisely of the costs involved. Had she not put me on hold and ignored my call and putting music on my ear I wouldn’t have been this mad. Despite my attempt to teach her the Do’s and Dont’s of customer service she remained TOO PROUD. Give me someone else to deal with I’m sick of this STINKING SERVICE!!!!
