Stinking CellC Service

Iam so ****ed, I took a contract with cellc in February iPhone 6 with the agreement that I will get 500MB and airtime everymonth. In March the SIM card was suspended without my knowledge. I've been calling their customer service since then and I'm told that there is a big question mark on my account with notes so the agents won't be able to assist me they the always transfers me to their legal department. Hay I don't think that department even exist cos yesterday 18.07.2018 I gave myself time and I listened to their ugly music for 2 hrs straight with no one answering that line. Mind you I have never stop paying them the least they can do is to give me explaination,

I'm so disappointed and feel ****** of my money. I work so hard for my money and can't just feed CellC. I left so many messages for someone to call me back with no luck. I want my money back they can have their cellphone back yoh...what an unnecessary headache...The cell number in question is ********** 716 Sharon Phumelele Dlamini.
