Still waiting on invoices

I called the CellC call centre thousands of times to inform them to email me monthly all 3 of my .invoices but it falls on deaf ears. They firstly captured my email address incorrect after i spelled it. Now i see i only get an invoice for one contract. I am fed up of calling and repeating the same thing. Its been 6 months now and still i receive only on invoice from them. The self service does not let me generate my statements. I need feedback ASAP.
