Still waiting on a call from MEROPENG Thought my contract was cancelled

I got a call from Meropeng on the 2 november 2017 giving me the same old story I WILL GET BACK TO YOU NEED TO GO LISTEN TO THE CALLS it's the 7 November 2017 still no call from that guy and still no answer to why I got debited r299 and not r50 who is MEROPENG is he a team leader supervisor manager he sure does not no about assisting clients.
