still waiting for refund from 23rd december

i had the displeasure of dealing with cell c and having a account with them, i was a cell c costumer for almost 7 years but i was always pre paid, and i never had a problem. that all change once i got a contract with cell c i have had problem after problem and every time i have to call 2 - 3 time if i am lucky to get the problem solved as now i am waiting for a refund as cell c was not spouse to debit the amount and i called in on the 23dr of December and was told a refund taks 2 - 3 working days i called in once more on the 29th December after not hearing from cell c and still no refund i was told due to the holidays it takes a bit longer , i called in once more on the 4th of and was told a different story and was told i would receive a call that day. i had to call in to cell c again the next day as i did not hear from them and was told by Mosses the supervisor a different story all together and now and i have to wait 24-48 hours for a call and then after that it will take another 5-7 working days for my refund to be done! this is the worst service i have experienced ever and it just keeps getting worse
