Still waiting for my refund since cell c allowed ******* to deduct money from my account

Last months, some ******* were allowed to deduct some money from my cell c account for some ****ographic subscription that I did not subscribe for. After challenging cell c and the thieving company called Basebone, I was told by Cell C's Thato Mathabo that my money will be refunded. To date, Thato has taken a nap and I haven't got my account credited.

Cell C has a bad service.
