Still waiting for my refund, Cell C's fault client waits 6 months and still no refund.

<p>I was contacted by Cell C and they commited to pay the credit into my bank account within 7 days. I phoned 7 days later and lone behold the credit was now allocated to next months bill. I then requested again for a refund or the relevant manager to contact me. The relevant manager still has not contacted me and the refund is apparently going to take about 7 days again. Is it after 7 days another 7 days? I want my money now, that Cell C has been *****ing for the last 6 months.</p>
