Still waiting for my refund

<p>during December i was behind with my payments and i was getting endless calls to pay, then i promised to pay on the 20th, which i did. then Cell C still deduct furthermore, on the 21/12/2016 i called for a refund and they said i will get it, till today nothing. they then called me on the 3rd to submit a proof of payment which i did within 2 hours, im not understanding now why i dont have my money</p>
