still waiting for my phone.its in twice.still wait

I got a contract phone in November a blackberry Z3<br> we took it in because the battery was faulty a week after on the 15/12/2014<br> we received the device 21/01/2015<br> it makes the same problem than before the 24/01/2015<br> we took it in again and the menlyn park franshice owner told us they will not give us a new phone and we must give it in for repairs again or we must drive to Jhb Cell C<br> this is unacceptable<br> we are paying the contract every month but the phone is still not working<br> i have the phone with me<br> my other contract is ending almost and will not upgrade it at Cell c ever again<br> why should i pay a contract if the device is not working<br> i gave it in again the 27 january and no response still<br> i think its now more than 3 months <br> they are probably not going to give me a new phone.ill tell you now that they are going to give the same one back and after a week I'm going to have the same problem.blackberry is the most **** phone and cell c is worst.don't take care off their customers properly.....
