Still waiting for my phone

I am discussed with cell c and csurance i took my phone there for repairs tbry told me i will get my phne within 14 working days its long overdue now. When i call and find out. Apparently the courier people said they ddnt get my phone. So i dnt even knpw where my phone is. I cant even talk to the supervisors tney cut the line all the time. I am literally paying for nothing.

I cannot even provide my IMEI number because my phone is a replacement and rhey ddnt evrn update it on tbe system they still have the old one. So clearly they are not professional
