Still Waiting for my cellphone upgrade since

Good Morning,<br> <br> On the 16th December 2015 I visited a Cell C store to upgrade my cell phone. They told me that they were out of stock for Samsung Gears. No body has called to update me I have been waiting and usually the one who calls in to check if the promotion offer of the Samsung S6 edge + gear are not in stock. <br> <br> I need to know whether Cell C has stocked up or just dragging their feet ,so that I can cancel my upgrade. I feel like Cell C Never had stock that's why every store you call across the country gives you the same excuse.
