still waiting for migration

I took a top up contract with cell c online on my old vodacom number that I ported to cell c about a year ago. The contract came out as epic100. I had to cancel and redo the top up contract again. I then recieve the phone on the 12/10/2015 I then called them to migrate the contract to my old number and I was sent from agent to another for the whole day,none of them could help port my number. I kept calling for the past 2 weeks and I was told I need to pay R250 to change to my old number. I spoke to Vusimuzi who is the agent I took the contract with and he had to put me on hold so he could talk to his team leader and he then came back and promised the matter will be solved by the 26/10/2015 and i am stil waiting. I called cell c yesterday and left my number for them to call me and they never did!
