Still waiting for matters to be solved

good day,<br> <br> Patrick from cellc said in the previous report the matters will be solved, I will be credited with the amount that was charged to my account. Up to date nothing happened. I still have the R270 that an attorney wants to from me which we exchanged thousands of mails and me supplying them and Cellc with proof that my account was paid. After I asked how many times for proof that I owe them that money which is still not supp**** to me. yet another issue aroused as I paid my account by EFT last month an extra R70 was added which I also paid by EFT. this month the debit order went through on time, there was money in the bank. yet another R70 was deducted. FOR WHAT!!!
