STILL WAITING FOR HUAWEI ROUTER AS PER MI-FI R99 DEAL???

I am still waiting for the device, being a month since applying for it?! What's the deal Cell C, why do you advertise something yet you can't deliver?? I am so disgusted with your service! I am still waiting for this device I was told that this device will be delivered to the Cell C store at Centurion Mall in the last week of April.. it's a week after and no device AND no communication from your staff at the store?? This is appalling service!
