Still waiting for FULL refund as promised!!

I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved, I was refunded for 3 months AND NOT 6 MONTHS and can not get hold of ANYONE once again.<br> <br> I am in complete shock at the level of service from Cell C and Cell C insure.<br> <br> Contract was terminated in June 2015 and yet I have still been charged for the insurance fee of R175. <br> I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them to sort it out, cancel my insurance and to get refunded, yet each month I am still being charged for this fee.<br> <br> No one will help me when I go into the store, they say i have to call t he insurance call centr number. The call center is absolutely useless.. it's IMPOSSIBLE to get through to them and when I do I get hung up whenever I try to explain my situation. <br> At one point I did manage to speak to someone whom I thought could help and all they said was to email them with the information, which I did, about 5 times and still no one has gotten back to me and still every month I am being charged for R175.<br> <br> I have currently been on the phone with them for over 40 minutes... and again as I was speaking to someone, I got cut off. <br> <br> I am absolutely livid and shocked at this level of service from such a big corporation
