Still waiting for Feedback from Executive Help Des

Request was supposedly resolved, but no written confirmation of resolution given, despite requesting this from call centre. Also gave feedback on Hello Peter that i was not satisfied with feedback from the Executive help desk and also did not get a response. I was told that my account would be credited, but this did not happen and now my current statement is also higher than it should be.<br> <br> PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CONTACT ME AND RESOLVE THIS MATTER. SURELY YOU HAVE ONE EMPLOYEE AT THE EXECUTIVE HELP DESK THAT CAN RESOLVE THIS.<br> YOU ARE THE ONLY SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, THAT HAS CAUSED ME TO RESORT TO HELLO-PETER TO GET YOU TO DO WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING. THIS IS THE 6TH TIME I HAVE HAD TO GO THIS ROUTE
