STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK

I reported an issue on Hello peter almost a month ago, my issue has not been resolved, someone called me and i asked to be called back as i could not speak at that time and i wait till now with no correspondence.<br> even after asking for the contract to be cancelled CELL C sends me another Cellphone... i dont understand how they operate! Can someone competent please assist me with regards to this. or perhaps i need to put up a billboard about the service i recieve then i will get the attention needed
