STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK

still awaiting cell c to get back to me regarding ***** case raised on the 10.07.15. I was told this matter will take 7 days to be resolved. The only call that I ever received was from Mpho at cell C promising that he will follow up on this case and that I will receive clearance letter within seven days to date that hasn't materialised. I'm tired of waiting, can someone call me and give me a status of this case, I cannot carry on with life whilst I have this dark cloud hanging over me. I want this sorted URGENTLY!!
