Still Waiting for e-mergency airtime a week later

On the 9th of August 2015, I requested an emergency airtime from cell c. I never received the airtime. I have been calling the call centre and all I keep on getting is that they are experiencing problems with emergency airtime and I will get it as soon the problem is resolved. It's been more than a week, I still have not received it. I find this ridiculous because I have been billed for it and apparently I am owing that requested amount plus one R1. There is a reason why it is called an emergency airtime and it is so disturbing that it's been days and the issues has not been resolved.
