Still waiting for delivery

i upgraded lats Wednesday 25 March my phone and tablet, on Thursday i received my tablet. I asked the lady why do they deliver it separately, she said that they always do it like that, she said i will receive my phone on Friday 27 March. I phoned the customer care line to find out when can i expect delivery, they transferred my call to the follow up department, i asked then if they can please deliver my phone before Wednesday 1 April because we are going to a team building. I had to cancel everything because its Wednesday 1 April 2015 @ 12:31 and i still haven't received anything. This service is really pathetic!!!!!
