STILL WAITING FOR CONFORMATION OF CANCELLATION

Patrick you were the only person from management I was allowed to speak to regarding the collection of the handset. You assured me you will make a note and contact me in 7 days to ensure the handset was uplifted and to advise me that the contracts are now cancelled. Well guess what you are as useless as your call center staff. I spoke with you on the 05th March 2015, the last handset was collected the 06th March 2015 I have still not heard from you.It just goes to show why Cell C is a mess, because your management is a mess.<br> <br> Please advise me in writing that both the Nokia and Samsung contracts are cancelled. I do NOT want to speak to anyone, I demand a letter or email advising me of the cancellation of both contracts.
