Still waiting for Cell C

After countless complaints the last couple of weeks I am still waiting for someone to contact me in relations with my bad internet connection. Cell C is blatantly just ignoring me and my problem. I have tests online and I am unable to complete them due to my 0.5mbps speed. Cell C has been so unhelpful. Really a disappointment to this country. They are just wasting my time and *****ing my money. *** Call me asap. ***
