Still waiting for call for Sim Swap

Yesterday I got my Upgrade phone and realised that it could only use the small, new sim cards. So I called Cell C and they told me that I should get a call Today between 8am and 12pm. I am still waiting for the call. I called around 13h00 to find out what is happening. I have three contracts with Cell C and now regret taking this upgrade, I have the new phone, but cant even use it.<br> The two time I called after 12, the agents told me they will mark my call as Urgent......REALLLY???!!! I am still waiting. 4 Hours service time does not exist as I have been waiting for 8 hours now.<br> Ref Number I got from call centre ***
