still waiting for bank costs to be paid back to me

Good Morning<br> I wrote a complain regarding Cell C, whom deducted money from my bank account after i settled the account in April. They promised to pay back the bank costs, but until now i did not receive it. I spoke to Danielle Abrahams and sent her twice my bank statement for them to process the money. Still waiting till now.<br> <br> Thank you
