Still waiting for a laptop for almost a year

I really dont know how to go about with Cell C. I am stil batling with my laptop for more than a year, paying for something I dont even have. Try to call customer service and as soon as they hear my complaint they just say they cant help me and drop the call. They dont have spares for my laptop and want me to pay for a refurbish laptop, I bought a laptop in November 2022, ( wich was a second hand *****ulent laptop) it broke in January 2023. And ever since Im batling to get it fix to no success. But every month I must pay my account. What can I do.
