Still waiting for a 290 pm router special..bad service ..old customer already

I am actually so disgusted,being a cell c customer for so many years..my last cell phone contract i took out..finely came to an end..just like the rest i took that was always paid on time..never any problems.contacts was always over R350 pm..now that i decided i wanted a router that cost 290 pm..i am being told my salary is to little..how is this? When i use to earn way less when i took out all my cell phone contracts..makes me sick..i have called and asked how this makes sense...still waiting on feedback...after being a good customer ..just becouse if this..i feel like completely. Closing everything and never taking anything from cell c again, they are telling me utter ******* right now...if i was a bad payer u would understand..but this rubish of my salary is to low for a 290 pm contract..utter bull...after my contracts has eneded i still asked for just a data package now of R80 seeing that i do not need a cell phone...think i should cancel this R80 deal to...no man i am so disappointed with this service then u want to give contracts..then u come with excuses that doesnt make sense
