Still waiting feedback from Cell c

Its been 2 days since my first Hello Peter post. Cell C answered very quick to say that i will be assisted. A consultant did phone me, and said he will be phoning me back with a RAM collection ref. And here we are, 48 hours later and still no feedback. This will probably take another 2 months for them to solve. HOW ON EARTH CAN CELL C GET AWAY WITH BAD SERVICE LIKE THAT.
