STILL WAITING
I am not sure anymore. I got a call from Cell C and to cut the long story short, according to my understanding i agreed to have a laptop and a cellphone delivered to me. Only the phone was delivered and when I followed up I was told there is no record of a laptop. I then asked to be sent the conversation that I had with the sales person, I am still waiting. I am not sure if I will get the best service going forward.

Note that I called 084145 to get assistance on how to activate my sim card and was advised to buy a new sim card. This is not what was said to me when i signed up for the contract. Hardly a month into this contract and i am so DISAPPOINTED when the service. I now regret my decision.

20 Aug 2021, 15:52Still waiting for the recording. Things got worse for me as I had to buy a new sim card and also pay R250.00 for the number change. This is just a ****. Now I wish I listened to my friends.
