Still waiting. and while I wait debits go off
So... Im still waiting. The last communication was last week thursday, and I was told YET AGAIN, that someone would get back to me. 8 days later nothing. So 6 weeks ago I first brought this to your attention Incident: ***, and you do nothing, yet keep triple debiting me, and then tell me you won't refund me. And yet again we are heading to another debit day, and you tell me I'm liable??? How does that work. I cannot fix the problem without you guys, and yet, you don't fix it. I wonder why? Ca ching Ca ching... more money in your pockets. My hands are tied and I am starting to feel like this is actual theft. When do I start to get lawyers involved????

PLEASE don't get someone to phone me who doesn't know the whole story. My number is *** and the last person I dealt with, amongst many was Diane - she listened to the recordings and agreed with me that there has been a stuff up. I know need someone who can talk to me about refunding me all the debit orders that went off because you guys have taken so long to sort this out. And another debit order date is fast approaching. It is insane that I reported this on the 5th of April and it is still on going.
