still waiting

<p>I have received my phone and my application was done over the phone. I have received my phone but not my payment of R3000.00 as per the package I took. I have phoned numerious times and each time they tell me that they will see what the problem is and phoen me back. I have received no call backs. I then emailed the sales person Refiloe Morailane and she has also not gotten back to me. I am not one to complain but when I did my application I was told that this payment will be made within three days and it has been weeks now. Can somebody please help me as I see this as extreamly bad service, but when monthly payment need to be made they are very eager to phone</p>
